This is what I’m having for breakfast!

I’m having stir-fried veggies and a 1/2 can of pink salmon. It’s gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, and GMO free. How about you?  Eating a good breakfast is one of the the best ways to get a good start to the day. What are some ways that you are fueling yourself from breakfast?
