Eat Breakfast- It’s a Good Thing-Really!

So what makes a good breakfast? By eating a breakfast higher in protein and fat, I found that my hunger was sustained longer. Examples of this might be whole milk cottage cheese with some berries mixed in or eggs and bacon with some stir fried veggies on the side.  Another possibility might be a high protein smoothie.  So go ahead, eat breakfast- it might actually be a good thing!Image
