The quality of our life can be affected by the food we eat. Food isn’t just a substance that we consume. It feeds our body and is necessary for our livelihood. Are you ingesting quality fresh foods that give your body lasting energy and nutrients or are you filling your body with fast foods, processed meats, breads and sugars that temporarily feed your hunger, but never really satisfy or give your body the nutrients that it really needs?
